Queued to enter an almost-empty store, only to find that stock levels were minimal, and most items were from the extremes of the various size ranges.

Very poorly staffed, queuing outside when the store is empty, no-one on the till for five minutes, should not be open!

Was there today, see some sofas in the window so went in. Sat I one loved it, see there was a matching one so told my other half to try it. Was just saying shall we buy them then and some snotty sales assistant told him to get off your not allowed to sit on them!!! What an absolute joke, why would you put them on the shop floor for sale and not allow people to try before you buy Well done, your terrible customer service just cost you the sale of 2 sofas and a corner suite that was in the window Also your lack of changing rooms is a joke and I won't becoming back!!!!!!
