This review is based entirely upon the billing office at Frink Family Chiropractic. I stand by my previous review of Dr. York, and I would add that Dr. Frink responded to a concern I had about billing in a courteous and genuine manner. My word of caution is this: After being encouraged to sign up for the e-pay system, I did so, and have always used the pay in full selection, as I am not one to accrue debt. I have just received an invoice in the mail suggesting I have an outstanding balance. The time period for which I am being billed (September of 2018 through December of 2020) predates the advent of my services at Frink, and also does not capture all of the dates of appointments in the time period noted. I called the office and was explained that I had two claims, one using my insurance and the other for cash. However, my questions could not be answered as to why I had not received bills prior to this, if there was an outstanding balance, why this wasn't caught on ANY of my at least once a month visits, and why visits I had were not listed in the line itemized accounting? The business office manager Shannon was condescending, yet could not answer my questions, resulting in an email directly to Dr. Frink. His response was warm, but it was followed by a response from Shannon explaining her years of experience and having to come in and fix a mess within the billing office, and continuing to place blame everywhere but with the billing system itself. I am saddened to change chiropractors, because Dr. York is wonderful, but until they can make sense of their billing and present in a straight forward way I would caution anyone to be leery.

I've had some issues for quite a while and finally had the opportunity to take care of myself. Dr. Frink listened and treated my pain, and most importantly always asked for feedback. My concerns were treated with compassion and he was very respectful.

I was able to get in the very same day that i called for an initial appointment. From day 1, Jennifer and her team has been so kind and welcoming. Dr Frink works miracles on me and though my body can be stubborn at times, he's able to take on the challenge. Great all around!!!!
