Tristan was very honest, humble, and efficient. We had been using a pest control company from June-October. In October the pest company suggested we use their crawl space/insulation department as well to remedy the issues caused by the supposed pests of the past. We got a quote form them for a very large dollar amount. We called Tristan and he came the same day to give us his quote. Which was a significantly smaller amount, think thousands. We decided to go with Tristan. He explained some issues the pest control company should have handled, or how they might have handled some things incorrectly. He also discovered a large amount of still living and thriving pests in the crawl space. He did a large amount of work in our twelve hundred square foot crawl space and it looks amazing compared to the before photos. Unfortunately the lack of attention from the pest company got us in the situation where we needed his services, but we are definitely not complaining about his services. He and his wife were genuinely kind people and we loved talking to them. Tristan also explained in terms we could understand everything he was finding and everything he did. Our project was more intensive than he initially suspected, again, the pest control company was a let down and aided in the added work. We will definitely be keeping his number for referral purposes, as well as to come check things once a year, as we probably won't need insulation work done again since he does an amazing job! We have before and after photos and the difference is shocking!
