The environment is incredible at this gym. The coaches really take time to work with you so if you're a beginner you really don't have to worry. It's so much fun I love it!
Spanish Fork CrossFit has been incredibly welcoming, nice and a wonderful community! I highly recommend. I was unable to sign up when I wanted but Austin has still reached out and shared information pertaining to goals we discussed on my tour. I 100% recommend!
