Honest and Fair! I can't say enough about Excel. I have used them many times over the years and every time I have had nothing but the best in customer service. I have referred Excel to neighbors that have been previously told by other HVAC contractors that they needed who new systems when it was something as simple as a capacitor. If it can be repaired, they will repair it. If it needs to be replaced, they will do it at a fair price with excellent workmanship. After 20 years it was time to replace my entire system. Jeff explained all my options with absolutely no pressure. I scheduled them; they came on time and installed the new system, and I could not be happier with the result.

Excel Heating and Air Conditioning is very honest company!!!. I had Absolute Air diagnosed my furnace problem and they told me that my heating system circuit board is bad and it’s going to cost 1000 to fix it. Then they strongly suggested me that it’s better to replace whole thing since my furnace is 16 years old. Then they told me that if I’m replacing furnace, I also should replace A/C. I agreed to have my whole system replace by Absolute Air. I decided to have second opinion and talked to the owner of this company, Jeff. He told me that circuit board doesn’t cost 1000 to fix it and it should be few hundred dollars. Jeff sent his employee to my house on same day and he diagnosed the problem. The technician from Excel told me that I don’t need new furnace. Their price for new circuit board was only 250 plus labor fee. Why did Absolute Air guy told me that it’s going to cost about 1000?!?! I’m glad I talked to Jeff to get second opinion. I almost spend more than 14,000 for new furnace and AC.!!! Thank you, Excel Heating and Air Conditioning!!!!
Just like to take a minute to leave a review on my experience with Excel Heating and AC. Really impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall kindness. Jeff came out to give me some ideas of how I can cool down my bonus over the garage. He brainstormed a bunch of ideas, shared pros & cons, and suggested creative solutions I had not considered. Additionally while he was checking out my current central air unit he noticed it was in desperate need of service, he had one if his guys come out, Eli, to service. Eli too was awesome to work with. Always nice when you come across a good company that you know you can call when you inevitably will need HVAC work.
When my AC went out I called another company to come diagnose the problem with my condenser unit. The technician told me I needed a new compressor and quoted me 2,400 to change it! I decided I would get a second opinion. Elias from Excel Heating & AC came to my home and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I gave him the backstory and he immediately had an idea of what the problem was. Ultimately he ended up fixing the unit by replacing the capacitor (a 20-40 part) and saving me 2,400! His honesty and professionalism were as refreshing as the fresh, cold air flowing out of my vents again! I highly recommend this company!
This is one of the best companies I have ever used! They came out the very next day no long ways didn’t excellent job of tuning up my air-conditioning unit they were so helpful and even ordered me extra filters at a great price this is the best company Ever!

They have done service at my home and office for many years. Always responsive, always fairly priced, and always a job well done. Its hard to find competent and honest pros these days...but they are!
