We asked Gillette install a whole home humidification system in our home. We had very specific needs and wanted to ensure the system we purchased was the best possible at a reasonable price. Gillette delivered on both points. We did some homework on our own to verify that what they were recommending was the best option and they were correct. The installation went smoothly and we are pleased with the result. I would recommend Gillette.

Gillette Heating and Air did a wonderful job installing my replacement central air conditioning system (ac & furnace). Their pricing was very competitive (beat two other bids) and the quality of the system was well worth the price. They sent a sales representative to inspect the old system, measure the house (for the new system), and provide me with some different estimates. They had very good pricing on high efficiency, intermediate, and basic systems. I chose the intermediate for the longevity, brand, and quality. Two gentlemen showed up about a week later for the install (I took the earliest available opening). They took out the old system and replaced it with a new one. They were very good at fabricating some new ducting for the system and the work looks great. After they were done, they took their time to make sure I understood all the new equipment and controls. I felt very happy with Gillette, and I'm confident in the new system.

Gillette heating is very professional and easy to work with when getting other bids. They kept in contact with me until I had decided. Three stars because the Carrier thermostat is disappointing after having other smart ones. The app seems like it was made 10 years ago and hasn't been improved since. Also very slow to sync with the thermostat when I change things from the app. Does not seem reliable. Later on noticed the fan speed does it own thing and often times does not go slow when it's supposed to.

The technician, Lane, was prompt, knowledgeable and honest. He took time to answer my questions and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely call Gillette when I need a new furnace. When I made the initial call, the person returned my call promptly and scheduled me with a short wait time. Everything was 5* from start to finish. I'm so happy to find an honest and reliable HVAC company. Now I know why my friend referred Gillette after her positive experience.
