Dan was the third company we called to fix a gas fireplace. The first two "ordered parts" and disappeared. Dan was awesome at communicating throughout the process and explaining things to me in laymen's terms. Highly recommend!
Dan is awesome! Besides just being a really nice guy it’s super nice to be able to talk to the person doing the repairs before they come out and have an idea of what you’re dealing with instead of talking to a secretary who schedules a visit you pay for to then find out what the plan is. I had narrowed down the problem myself and going over things on the phone he agreed with my findings and ordered the part I needed and everything was taken care of same day and in a short amount of time. He also took the time to walk me through some basic things to keep my system running for years to come. Dan knows his stuff and is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
