The only reason I'm giving the a 3 star is because Geek Squad was awesome and on point. The other sales team was not stood around waiting on some one to help me never got any service so I just left. Had one guy walking towards me and then look and turn another way.

Best Buy, maybe, worst service, definitely. I tried to get help finding an item and the employee walked off. I followed him to his register and he gave me a vague and Cindy lace ding answer. I was not amused.

Excellent service & always helpful especially Jason & Taylor @ the Spanish Fort, AL location. Jason helped me decide between two different types of wireless headphones & made sure I was happy with my purchase. I got the headphones by 12pm the next day via delivery. I'm very happy with the help I received from these very smart young men. I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad also they are miracle workers!

Good store with good products, but the last couple of times I've been there it seems there aren't enough sales people. I had a hard time finding someone to help me.

Horrible customer experience. My mother and father (both retirees out of town and spending a few weeks in the area) brought their brand new computer in for service. Not only would they not help them but blamed them for damaging their computer. Told them it would be over a month to send out for repairs. Offered no other solutions and just basically said too bad. Horrible customer service. Now they are leaving 2 seniors without the way they communicate with their grand children and were not apologetic at all. Do not recommend at all.
