I highly recommend Sparacio PT! I came to them after months of dealing with a lot pain from plantar fasciitis and their methods have helped tremendously. Previously the PT I used elsewhere just watched me do exercises, which got me nowhere. Jack and the “hands on manual technique” he uses combined with a few at home exercises has made a huge difference! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and Covid safe facilities. You won’t be disappointed!
