When I first went to Baum Therapy, I was experiencing shoulder pain and tightness that was preventing me from climbing to my potential, especially after multiple days in the gym. The tightness in my shoulder started getting worse and worse. It even ended up affecting my riding, my skiing, and even my mood as I would be frustrated attempting to do the things I normally love. After just a 30 minute session with Bobby, my shoulder has been feeling great again! Had I known all I needed was Bobby working my muscles, I've would've been in a lot sooner. He is also a very friendly guy and easy to get along with. He clearly cares about your outcome and not just collecting a paycheck. In short, I highly recommend this man and I will surely be back. He really understands the human body and will actually solve your problems, not just do the same thing every session. He’s the best deep tissue therapist on the planet. Bobby is an exceptionally intelligent and intuitive massage therapist. His style of therapy targets muscle fascia to increase range of motion & decrease pain. His techniques provide lasting relief and progressive healing vs. most other traditional massage therapist techniques.
Bobby is Baum. Dot. Com. I started seeing Bobby because I was having serious knee pain and had plans for hiking Half Dome in about 6 months. Bobby worked on me multiple times throughout those months and gave me exercises to do to help between sessions. Before my big hike, he showed me how to tape up and then checked in on me after the hike. My knee was perfect! He had totally cured my knee pain. Bobby has since become a staple in my husband’s and my health/pain/stress management. Bobby is incredible. He is professional, kind, and hilarious. Cannot recommend him enough!
Super knowledgeable, down to earth guy. He’ll make a 30 minutes session feel like you were there all day with how relieved/loose you feel afterwards. Great for athletes or anybody really! Very thankful for the sessions I’ve had with him leading up to my last competition.

I am so happy that I found Bobby to help balance me and help me with some severe overuse issues that I’ve been struggling with for years. As a professional chef, I’ve had pain and overuse injuries in my hands and forearms for several years. I’ve done PT, seen multiple massage therapists and never found the right match to deal with the severity of the issue. Then I found Bobby and after my first session, I knew right away that I found the right person with the right skill set to help relive my pain. And as a bonus, he’s just an overall great guy that you can tell that he loves what he does. Overall, 10/10 and just amazing at what he does.
Robert quite literally saved my life. After back pain from my kidneys effected my lifting, and eventually my hip flexors. I could barely even comfortable walk, let alone attempt to lift anything with my legs. A week after my first session I was breaking new prs, with more comfortable movements, feeling better than ever before. I can't thank him and his services enough, and look forward to more appointments in the future. His space is welcoming, clean, and professional. I would recommend everyone his services.
