I actually ran outta gas on the highway and this place was on the other side of the fence. It did look clean well lit and packed with guests. They doing something right.

It's the people that work here and serve you that make the difference. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I will always stay here when I'm in The Reno.
I chose to stay here while on the road. I needed a quick place to crash and sleep off a few hours to get back on the road again. This is the very last hotel east of Reno/Sparks or the very 1st one headed west into Reno. It’s a little pricey for what you get. I paid 140/night for a 2 queen bed room. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. Not the highest quality, but sufficient. During my visit they were under a new remodel/renovation. My room had recently been completed. The bathroom was roomy and had a bathroom fan. That was a positive. The staff was nice, helpful, and courteous. Breakfast was actually pretty good. I believe I would stay here again.
Got us in at 2am (we'd been driving all night), didn't hike the price for a Saturday (technically Sunday) like the casino tried to do. Very nice receptionist. Room was clean, spacious, and nice. Shower was a little aggressive but AC was quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy. Train sound was calming but the highway noise was a bit much. Didn't stay for to-go breakfast.
Great staff doing the best they can with the resources that corporate gives them, which are SIGNIFICANTLY less than this given to the Aloft Hotel or other Marriott’s. 12PM check out time is fantastic and should be standard across the industry.
A must place to stay!! Staff is great and very helpful when you need to know what to see and visit!!
This place is very loud, even during the night. Our stay there was a nightmare. Initially, we got the room facing the highway, and we couldn't sleep due to the poor wall insulation. I felt like I was a homeless sleeping under the bridge. They gave us another room upon request, but it was close to the 24hr drive-thru that resulted in similar noise issues. The HVAC was another source of the noise, but even though we've disabled it, it would still turn on from time to time, waking us up. The room was dirty, the coffee machine was unusable, and we found some food leftovers in the fridge. We stayed there for only two nights, and I don't imagine staying there for longer.
This was a nice hotel for a recent work trip and close.
