Coming back to edit my original review: My first experience was amazing, they were responsive, helpful, informative and looked like they produced quality work. Then they took our payment. After that, radio silence. We were told it would take about 5 weeks to complete in Mid-November. They didn't install the sign until closer to February. Then, the second piece of signage was delayed by months with very little communication and when they did communicate it was usually "Oh I will have an answer tomorrow" then we would never hear anything back. In the end we told them just not to bother with the other sign. They were extremely unresponsive and did not deliver on the deadlines discussed. I get when things are a week or two behind, but months and with no communication? That is just unprofessional.

We’ve been ordering banners from Julie’s for a while and I’m sorry I haven’t stopped to post a review until just now. As a small local business I am intentional about wanting to support other local businesses and Julie’s always does quality work. This year has been a weird year for a lot of us and I am so grateful for their patience with a particular order. I ordered a dozen custom window clings the first week of March and they were ready two days after my business was shut down. We opened back up in June and I finally went to go get them. The color wasn’t quite right and Julie said she’d fix the issue. Of course by the time the we’re ready a week later, we had been shut down again. Once again they were incredibly patient and when I picked them up last week they were absolutely perfect.

The very best for our sign needs. We had vehicle decals applied to our new truck. They are really helpful in the design process, making sure you get exactly what you're looking for and they got it done really fast. Overall, a great experience. We will be back when we add new trucks to our fleet.

I work for a mid-sized company in Reno. We ordered unisex bathroom signs 5 months ago. We still do not have them. This company never communicated anything to us unless I reached out to them to find out what was going on. I had to contact them 3 different times. I was told that the wrong color was sent, and then that it would take a few extra weeks for the right ones to come in. The last communication that I had was to tell them to go ahead and find another option that was similar to the original. Apparently my last two emails were not received and they assumed I did not want to move forward with any signs. I did receive an apology for the miscommunication and the fact that it took so long.
