Maria Anaya made the claim process so easy! I hit a pole while parking and it made a huge embarrassing dent in my car. I went by the Allstate Insurance office and she took photos, submitted the claim for me and helped me get an appointment for a body work estimate. I was really procrastinating all of these steps and she made it happen effortlessly!

My policy with AAA was set to renew at the beginning of February and to my disappointment my policy had increased. I can understand that at times rate increases are necessary but with this pandemic going on and with a lot of people losing their jobs I think that it's a good idea to look around for other car insurance quotes. I got a call from Jason Hamilton a few weeks ago & he gave me a car insurance quote. I told him I would keep the quote in mind meanwhile I looked for other car insurance quotes. I couldn't find anything cheaper so I requested to get a phone call back from Jason Hamilton from Allstate. He went over the full policy with me & it was definitely going to save me some money. I am very happy with Allsate. Jason Hamilton was very helpful and answered every single question I had.
