These guys never deliver on time. They say they can't find me when UPS and FedEx find me no problem. We all need to start complaining to the stores using them to ship. Amazon finely stoped using them from Reno. Now I've got to work on getting home depot to stop.

Over the past 3 months, 4 packages were not delivered, driver stated "delivery address not accessible". UPS and Fedex are able to drive to my front door and deliver. During this time one package was marked as "delivered at garage" it was not delivered, I was in my garage all day working on projects, driver never came to my property. Another package was left in the street and was damaged beyond use. These were all items from Sam's club, Walmart and home depot. Finally replacements were shipped via FedEx and were delivered to my front door in perfect condition. ONTRAC is absolutely the worst. Poor customer service and incompetent delivery drivers.
Every time they deliver from a company I get regular orders from it takes FOREVER! I have never received anything on time from OnTrac, but this location is the worse.

If "delivered" means "not delivered", this place deserves 5 stars. For the umpteenth time, this place has told me a package has been delivered when, in fact, it hasn't. It's actually expected at this point. Then, of course, they're impossible to contact. Is this some sort of joke? REI (and anyone else) needs to stop using this company yesterday. OnTrac is nightmare fuel. Avoid like the plague if you can and demand that anyone who uses them to stop. Absolutely unreal.
Might as well change their name to GIFTtrac since their drivers are too incompetent to deliver packages to the CORRECT address. Leaving someone else’s packages on random doorsteps. Don’t even try to call and complain about it because they will lie and protect their driver by saying the driver really did drop it off at the correct location. Too bad for them there’s video proof!! So good luck trying to keep up with your lies!!! This place should be shut down!
Actually No Stars. 2 deliveries 2 weeks apart that were never delivered. They claimed the driver delivered to the correct address and closed the case. I was home both delivery days, so i definitely know that they were not delivered to my house. The first package was left at a house 2 streets away. The second delivery has yet to show up. Ontrac refuses to send the driver back out to wherever he left the second package claiming it was delivered correctly. Incompetent delivery drivers and horrible customer service on their mistake.
Nobody knows anything, no workers here know where driver's check in, office personnel also don't even know where driver's are supposed to check in. There is nothing on track here, they should change their name to off track.
