The team at Relentless is absolutely amazing and a dream to work with. I talked to them about their 5th gen 4runner preditor bumper and noticed they didnt have any options to accomodate the NEW Toyots Safety Sense radar module in the grill of my 2020 4runner. I asked if we could make this happen! Eric said lets get your bumper ordered and we will figure something out. Luckily they had a recent batch of 5th gen bumpers ready and all they had to do was weld the hoops on and send it to powdercoat. After about 3 weeks i got the call that the bumper is ready. Eric took some measurements of the TSS radar module and was able to adapt their current grill piece with minor changes to make this dream come true! These guys strive for perfection and dont let anything leave their shop with out it looking perfect and their weld quility is top notch!. I couldnt be happier with this bumper and ecstatic that they were able to accommodate the new features on the 2020 4runners. I recieved the last pices of the grill piece and their packaging is next to none! i have never seen a package wrapped so safely and the packaging material is superb! Thanks so much for everything and i look forward to conducting more business with this top notch company.
I bought a set of short bed bars from relentless and when I received them I was in a hurry to get something on my truck and found that 2 out of the three bars were not welded straight as wells as the bars them self are way to low for my tent setup when I called and talked to Brittany about perhaps returning or purchasing just the brackets to build my own set of taller bars I was met with a firm no on the brackets and a I am responsible for return shipping and a 20 percent restocking fee as well as not being eligible to return because I have primed and painted mine already. SO BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT and I recommend bringing your business elsewhere.
