First delivery arrived late and significantly damaged. Second shipment sat in LA for four day also arriving late. They over promise, and under deliver.

Every delivery we've received through them has been damaged with what looks like someone hitting it with the forks of a forklift. The last delivery they lost half the ordered and when found they said it was on the truck gonna be delivered never showed up after trying to get ahold of someone the following day finally at the end of the day they said it was still on the finally just ended up going and picking it up

Absolutely a horrible company to deal with. Their local customer service agent is very rude, belittling, and unpleasant to talk to (lady). They tried to schedule an appointment for a time that didn't work and we let them know that, then when brought up she became very unethical and called us a liar. If you can have any company use a different company then this one I would highly suggest that to avoid unnecessary stress.
Delivery was set between 11 and 3 Pm driver was very courtious and on time was a pleasure doing business with your company will use again
These guys were so rude and gave me such a hard time about wanting to inspect the part. I ordered a 700 fender and the supplier even said refuse to sign anything until you inspect it. They constantly said, why are you inspecting it? Or it’s good buddy you don’t need to inspect it. Also, when I was inspecting it they sent me into this dark warehouse with no lighting and offered zero assistance in unpacking it. It’s a large heavy part so it was pretty difficult with one person. Finally, when I’m ready to load it in my car they sent NO ONE out and just made me do the dangerous task of loading it by myself into my car. Never met people more rude or inconsiderate.
I haven't purchased something to be shipped via truck-freight in over 20 years, and that experience 20 years ago with Yellow Freight was not a good one. So I was nervous this time around to say the least. I bought a car roll-cage online, then received a text message from RL Carriers telling me to call them and make an appointment to drop the roll-cage off at my house. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Just received the roll-cage today at my house, ON TIME. The truck driver was super polite and helpful. Great overall experience with RL Carriers.
