I have been with Allstate for 30 plus years. During those years I have never had an incident where I had any questions that would lead me to become dissatisfied with the service. Anyone that knows me undertands that customer service is paramount to all my business dealings. I get the best from Allstate.
I just moved to the area and I have been looking for insurances throughout the area. I called Shawnas office (Allstate) and I got the chance to talk to her. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it and even stayed late doing so. I am a very particular individual and customer service is my number one pet peeve. Shawna provided me with great customer service. When I went to one of her local offices to finalize my Insurance policy her staff was also great with customer service and once again explained to me my policy and my options once again. They have very competitive pricing and for me they were more affordable than some of their other competitors. Would I recommend them to you?? DEFINITELY..... Keep up the great customer service....
Fortunately, I did not have occasion to file a claim through Shawna's office during my three year residence in Nevada. Throughout the period, my dealings with Shawna, in person in her office, online, and over the telephone were always pleasant and professional. Should I return to Nevada, I would call Shawna for my insurance needs. I highly recommend Shawna and her dedicated staff.

I was a bit worried when Shawna bought the agency from Mark. It's even better now. When Martha (who is amazing!) is out or tied up with another customer, now there is someone else who can help me.
