Terrible people work here! They are so mean slammed the door in my face and told me to never come bavk when I was just trying to give them business! I can see why it is so cheap. Front desk lady has no respect for her occupants. I wouldn't recommend ever coming here or living here! There is absolutely no parking either. Very disappointing in my visit today.

It starts with the front desk. No customer service, rude with the take what you can get or get out attitude. No deals at her store no AARP, Triple A or other types of deals that are offered at Seigel's The mgr is an embarrassment to the company.Sheaddresses her perspective client with a condescending manner that puts a person on the defence. The the prices for a 2 wk stay is 716 w/ 85 security depo Nonrefundable but stay 30 days & then you can maybe get it back.So for 1/2 that I'll go next store to the Nugget Casino with the professional. Never again here& if this is what Seigel's hires, then none of their other stores either..

horrible suites and it stinks, my room stank of cigarettes and the smell stuck to the clothes, the carpet was very old and smelly, we paid for two weeks but we couldn't stand to stay there and stayed just a week, we lost money and if I stayed there another day I would be sick with that smell. I hate this place forever. people put up a business and they don’t renovate their building, they only think about money, I don’t know how there are people who stay there.

If I could give no stars I would. The rooms smell so horrible. Like a dead fish lives there. Staff are rude and short. Other residents are loud but complain about the smallest noises. Would not recommend. Will not be staying here again.

When Jason was the manager this place was an amazing place to live. Now its just horrible. The new manager is rude, disrespectful, and does nothing but harass tenants on a daily basis. This was a community when Jason was here. He actually tried to help people. He cared about his tenants. This new manager just harasses and tries to evict people everyday. So many people have moved out since he became manager it's ridiculous. I'm so glad today is my last day being here. My advice is if you're planning on living in a Siegel Suites to live at one of the other locations. This one is not where you want to be.

Excellent place to reside, close to many good food locations, close to the Freeway, not far from Reno or California, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the property Manager is great (really good individual) I give the staff and Management easily a five star rating, the only cons are that Siegel Suites Corporate never seems to be able to get both elevators working appropriately and the one elevator that does work only works intermittently at best, and some folks will occasionally choose to go through the fire exits and cause the alarm to go off at all hours of the day and evening.

It's nice to live at a place where you don't have to worry about bugs, work orders are done in a timely fashion. front desk always greets you. I'm aware some people look at Siegal; like it's a weekly, but it feels more like a community. It's also nice for the people with kids they do activities for kids (no one feels left out). The management and staff care about the property; Which that means a lot to tenants like myself. who have lived elsewhere to see differently. They make you feel welcome despite what you're going through.
