This was my second massage there. The first one was a good massage so I decided to return. Requested a 1 hr massage with normal pressure. The therapist who entered the room didn't speak English. Didn't evaluate me or ask what I wanted. He started with heavy/hard pressure without even preparing the muscles. 5 minutes into the massage he pressed hard no my sacrum with his elbow causing a great deal of pain. I complained and he stopped however after that I was not able to relax any more. about 10 minutes further and he pressed the lateral area of my gastrocnemious with the same amount of force he used on the sacrum with caused extreme pain. At that point I ended the massage. The person at the front desk tried to have me continue the massage with intructions for the person to only use fingers, but at this point I had no more confidence in the therapist. I was charged 50 dollars for a half hour massage. I don't understand how that works because if 60 minute is 65, why is 30 minutes 50? in my opinion a real business would have refunded my money and offered me a free massage to try and make up for this bad experience, but they only added insult to injury (literally) .... I will not return to this place because they didn't try to make any kind of amends. You don't charge a customer who didn't receive the service they contracted. My first massage was fair and I tipped 40.00. I was a therapist for over 15 years and I know what it's like to count on tips. I anyone has a problem here all I can say is good luck. Because you'll be out your money, out your massage and looking for a company that knows how to treat their customers.

I am a career deep tissue massage therapist. My daughter got us the couple's massage for my 40th birthday. It was Uh-mazing! In all my years of trading massage with nearly 100 therapists, I've only had two that were more intuitive and works deeper. I was pleasantly surprised and it really made my birthday special! Being a therapist, I hate paying for massage, but I'm sneaking back tomorrow for another dose. It's soooo worth it!

I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and quality of my massage...one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, and at a reasonable price. Hot stones were included in the price...amazing. I ended up buying a package :)

Sets up an appointment and then calls to set at a different time. They take walk ins over appointments so avoid if you want to go. We will NEVER come back to this location.

We went there for a couples massage at the last minute. They were quick to get us in and they did a phenomenal job! Well worth the money! Reasonably priced too. Thank you for your excellent treatment and customer service.

Made appointment on line walked in told the desk person had appointment she had no clue that I had appointment she then looked at her tablet and saw I did have appointment and said sorry but u need to call to make appointment why do u have a website with appointments. Terrible customer service will not go back

Wonderful massage, and I felt completely relaxed afterward. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5 is the language barrier. But their work speaks for them.
