I bought a washer and dryer from our local home depot. Little did we know, they were using a third party to deliver and install them. We filed a claim against them because their employees had hit the door frame and took a chunk off. We waited over two months for them to respond to us with multiple follow-up phone calls just for them to tell us our claim has been denied. This is a brand new house that we just moved in to. Their excuse is " The way we brought in the washer and dryer the chip on the door would be much higher". Just to warn everyone the waiver you are signing also mentions that there are no damages to your house etc. My husband thought that this is a waiver about receiving the items and has been installed. I also have footage of them trying to ramp up through our front door and had scratched the side as well. A company that is reckless and will not hold themselves accountable is bad business.
