I ordered flowers for my wife and didn't know exactly what I wanted. I told them I wanted something with roses and daisies and their creativity was amazing and my wife loved the arrangement! Great friendly service with a smile!

Special ordered a dozen black roses for my wife. Without my permission, she hacked off all the stems and placed them in an ugly brown box instead of a vase. Because the ugly box was made of wood, and not water tight, it leaked every time we moved it. Charged me 90 and when the box got knocked over all the roses just fell out because all the stems had been cut off and nothing was holding them in. They ended up having to be tossed after 3 days because they were such a dysfunctional mess. What a waste of money.
My daughter was married in Spearfish in July. Cynthia is creative and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to help us achieve exactly what my daughter wanted for her wedding bouquet, table arrangements and the decoration of the gazebo. She also worked on a Sunday so the flowers would be fresh. We are from the East Coast and did most through emails and phone. We would recommend Bent Willow to anyone who requires flowers for their special occasion.
