Nick was very easy to work with and was able to answer all my questions. I have never went through anything like this and really didn't know how to deal with the insurance company, but he made the entire process painless and even completed the job earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend them as the go to roofing and siding company that will get the job done right the first time and without any hassles or worries, so you can get on with everything else you have to do.

As an absentee owner of a motel 1000 miles away, it's disheartening to hear that a hail storm has damaged the roofs of all three buildings. Finding a professional and reliable company seemed impossible, but it's not! Built Wright had the most reasonable estimate, the most helpful information concerning insurance, and Lola was super flexible when I asked to pay the bulk with my Amex for points. My mother (a seasoned real estate investor) along with a handyman, inspected the work and said it checked all the boxes of quality work and met the criteria based on the insurance inspector's recommendations. What a relief to be in such good hands.

Garris and his crew far exceeded my expectations. To say I was a little bit nervous about this whole ordeal would be an understatement as this was my first time needing to use a roofing company or contractor for an insurance claim! He was kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions from the very beginning! He was always easy to get a hold of and got back to me within a timely fashion from start to getting their roof put on was less than 45 days which at the end of the roofing season was a miracle when there had been so much damage in the area! The quality is superb and it looks fantastic! While we were still waiting for a few of the other repairs to be done due to timing and whether a wind storm came through and took a shingle off of the garage and within one weeks time he had a repair crew out there to fix it and look over the rest of the roof! Again leaving me incredibly impressed! Garris and Built Wright Homes have earned a customer for life I have referred multiple people who have had bad experiences! I would not hesitate to have somebody call him. I felt prices were very fair and fair market range and again the quality looks great he walked me through all of the processes with the insurance and I only had to deal with him he dealt with everybody else for me making it very easy for me not to have to deal with multiple people! A huge shout out and thank you to Garris with Built Wright Homes!

Replaced my roof and fascia due to hail damage. Excellent work done. Very responsive and quick to follow up. Their estimate was less than anyone else as well. The roof looks great especially with the ridge vents which will be more energy efficient as well. Highly recommended.
