The Hampton Inn in Spearfish was a welcome stop in a snow storm. Great access and near services. Well managed and immaculately maintained. Ownership should be proud of the job the staff is doing. Please express our appreciation.

Rooms and staff were great! Only downside was the breakfast, my kids and I were not pleased with a box and water? In the box was hardboiled eggs, small bagel and cream cheese. It was good but why not open the breakfast area?

I'd say it was OK... We are in weird times with C19 so hard to compare to "normal." They're operating on reduced everything but that is also reflected in reduced rates. Breakfast togo kits are great. Included bagel yogurt and 2 hard boiled eggs. Appreciate the effort there.

Clean, excellent staff, very convenient and accessible to local shops and activities. Rooms comfortable and nice. No wifi.

You can find better options in the area. Sub par hotel experience. Thermostat/heating/cooling system is from the dark ages.

Well, our room was on ground floor right next to dining room and kitchen. We shared our room with mice, no sleep listening to them rummage thru all our stuff, turned light on, mouse on eating table, ran under fridge. Pink mold growing on shower calking. Wish I could give higher stars, but I believe in truth. Told owner, he admitted seeing mice himself, never offered discount or a refund. Breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs, a bagel and cream cheese in a cardboard box. We'r Diamond status members so yes we have stayed at alot of Hamptons.

This hotel is very nice. The lobby and the rooms are in great shape, they do not have any funky smells. Everything about this place was great except for one thing. So, I like to take a hot shower. I understand that I like my water much warmer than most other people. There is your context, however it felt to me like I was taking a luke warm shower which sucked.
