I took in an old black hills gold ring that my grandma gave me. It was bent badly and I wasn’t sure it could be fixed. RMS jewelers fixed it and cleaned it free of charge. They were so incredibly friendly and kind and I will definitely be giving them business in the future. I highly recommend!

When my husband and I got married Ron was able to solder my engagement ring (silver) and my band (white gold) together after every other jewelry store said it wasn’t possible. Now, nearly a year and a half later, I lost a small stone from my engagement ring and Riddle’s Jewelry quoted me over 150 to separate my rings, reprong the spot where the stone fell out, set the new stone, and re solder the rings together (which they said was impossible before). Ron at RMS quickly and skillfully replaced the stone for me, while I stood and watched, and only charged me 24.50. Unparalleled service and craftsmanship. This is the only jeweler I will go to from now on.

Owner was gossiping on the phone about biker customers instead of helping on the floor and then when he finished judging them he proceeded to ask me if I work. I was kindly helped by the lady (thankfully) as if a Wyoming teacher on summer break can’t afford to be in his store because I wasn’t dressed up enough. I work alright, and I just came in for a couple watch batteries. I won’t be back there ever again. Take your money elsewhere folks, his judgments are uncalled for and he does not deserve your business.
Went in to have the prongs checked as they were catching and to see if need prongs retipped. Very honest no retipping need and fixed prong that was catching AND cleaned rings. Cost was nothing! Great people and awesome service!
