Over all they got to me fast but the customer service was horrible the employee know as Kim just didn't seem like she wanted to be there or help in the slightest was grilled on question about my phone and the people that are on the family plan was told they couldn't help me because I was authorized to make changes on the account then she proceeded to tell me private information about the account with me being authorized to make changes in a very mocking way got up to leave and was told that I was eligible for an upgrade (I started the conversation saying I was there for an upgrade) asked if I could pay for it if I called the person that controls the family plan was told no and that they again couldn't help me. I won't be going back Everyone just go to rapid its worth the drive
