Absolutely love the food from this place - but decided I can’t keep ignoring the food getting delivered cold. Today at a guess - I was obviously the last on the route - or the bag was hanging out the window. Tried the chat, and the girl at the other end stated ‘it was warm when it left the shop’ really!!!! So last time I complained the manager came around to the house to apologise. Which really does show that they care, about customer service. Please note for this occasion though - don’t bother guys.... I’ve closed the account.

only ever had one bad experience from this place where all the cheese on my pizza slid off into a corner but otherwise the food from here has been nothing but perfect. well worth waiting 40 minutes for the food than going to the pizza place round the corner simply due to the good quality of the food and the relatively cheap prices. strongly recommend.

**SEE EDITED SECTION AT BOTTOM** ** Stone Cold** Order ofter from here with no issues. however, this evening was different. Order took over an hour and was stone cold on arrival. This may be because the food was sat on top of two cold cans of pop. The salad consisted of few wilted strips of lettuce and the mayo was a dollop size of a 2p coin in the middle of a bread bun. Not impressed. Stop putting hot food on top of cold cans of pop in bags!! Following this review, the owner called me on my mobile to apologise and offered to compensate for the issues. He went in to say that he is working on a solution to solve the drink issue but is a working progress. Hats off for having the backbone to call a customer and listen to feedback, not all would do that and that is good customer service, listening to the customers! Thanks. Stars updated
