I was in this office on Friday for an emergency tooth extraction. My Dentist, who is wonderful, Dr Brian LYNGAAS, recommended this office. I was given this appointment just about 24 hours after my phone call. I was able to register and fill out all information on their website so when I arrived for my appointment I had only a few items to sign. I wish I knew the names of those that met me and led me through the procedure. The dentist was Dr McFadden., not sure if spelled Correctly! He was so kind and considerate and very attentive to my records and listening to me. His assistant was very calming and reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve been to many dental/or oral surgery offices in my life. It is not the practice of everyone to be kind. I notice things like this; how people are treated. I’m very grateful to have gone to the Specialized Surgeons on 7 mile rd. I’m very thankful they make treating their patients with kindness and consideration a top priority! THANK YOU ALL! Most professional and helpful business I've ever been to. The entire staff are extremely knowledgeable. I felt like a VIP for each of my trips. Dr. McFadden was concise and professional for my entire stay with him. I can't recommend this place enough.

Recently, my husband and I each had a tooth extraction at the Howell office. Dr. Betz did an excellent job. He was very professional and friendly. We each felt at ease to be in his care. His medical assistant, Kathy, was very caring and informative. I would also like to mention that the receptionists Kelly and Katheryn were very friendly and helpful. The office was impeccably clean.
