Arrived 0915 for pickup Shipper claims load isn't picked yet and should be ready around 1300. Moved to truck stop broker insists I go back before noon, because load should be ready per their agreement with Shipping. Go back in and they put me in a dock at 1145. Light stays green till 1415 when I go back in to check on load status - same dude from before tells me now we are looking between 1500 and 1600 for loading to commence meanwhile Receiver is Rural King DC in OHIO with strict appointments policies and zero tolerance for tardiness whist it takes more than a full shift of drive time to reach destination. So I told him to kindly F OFF and left. I guess I never learn, because on my previous visit there they killed 4h of my shift... Oh well. NEVER AGAIN! As an added bonus there's a dozen more trailers dropped in their yard so good luck getting in and out.
