Everyone in the office is courteous and nice. Very relaxing environment. My provider asks the questions that are necessary to get me the proper meds. She also listens to my input when making these decisions. I understand she is not a counselor. I have someone else I go to vent and talk. I usually read reviews before scheduling appt with new providers and was afraid of what I would experience on my first visit but psychiatrist are hard to find so I tried anyway. I am glad I did.

The staff is very rude. Professionals don't take the time to know you. I felt more like number, not a human being. They pass judgment and have an opinion for everything you say. I never walked away with away feeling happy, instead I walked away crying.

Do not go to Therapist Snow. She talks about herself. Therapy is about YOU not her. So many bad therapists! You Tube has a lot of good videos. Start with Dr. Ramani. Good Luck.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. They made my husband wait 5 weeks for an initial visit where they basically asked him questions from a checklist that he could have prepared ahead of time, then he waited another 5 weeks to see a doctor, but when he got there for the 2nd appointment, there was no doctor available and they proceeded to ask the same checklist questions. How does someone in a fragile state of mind who thinks there isn't anyone out there who can help supposed to feel when they are brushed off for nearly 3 months by the \professionals\ who he's seeking help from. This is the second time he has sought help from this group - the first was a few years ago with the same result. Thought it would be different this time, nothing has changed. And to top it off, when we asked questions, it felt like we were bothering them - very short answers, like they were trying to get us out. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I to am sorry for the people that had a bad experience. I how ever have been going here for almost a year on and off now. And I have had seen doctors in my life time. It is hard to find the right fit. And you need someone that is the right fit to help you. I have found that here. They work with my life, which is rear. My therapist has been amazing and I have recommended them to several people all happy with them. One could not find the help they needed through them but did find the right doctor. I gave them 5 stars because the earned each and everyone.
