In a city where the majority of letting agents provide little to none of this, Spencer Munson have restored our faith. We had a tight turnaround time from securing our flat to moving in, and Anni, Carol and Sharon were all extremely helpful and attentive in helping to move things forward as expediently as possible. Excellent Service from Spencer Munson especially from Mark, Tom and Anni. First time landlord and could not fault the level of service we have received. Managed to find tenants within a week! Had various viewings in a short space of time. Renting or Buying a house can be stressful, but the team at Spencer Munson made the whole process as pain free as possible.
