I usually order ahead on the app. Kind of hit and miss. Sometimes you get what you order, or not. Often they have been out of something I ordered and had to wait for me to get there to make a substitution. Kind of kills the contactless angle. But it is convenient. The app let's you get a freebie once in a while and you can choose to use credit card or establish a balance on their payment card.

Great service, and good donuts.
Cashier at drive thru was kind of rude. She made my drink order wrong and then questioned me as if I ordered wrong. Don't think so. I know what I ordered and you made it wrong. Sorry customer always right.
They don’t follow my mobile order exactly, or don’t mix the drink.. always something when I go to any Dunkin’ outside Pittsford.
After the third time that I'm getting my order wrong and not really paying attention to me they gave me a coffee that wasn't even close to being stirred
