I just purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of West Ridge on Tuesday this week and I am in love with it! I make every excuse to drive it around! Shawn was great to work with and was very patient with my mom and I while we figured out what we wanted to do and how I would trade in a car that I still had a previous loan balance for. Shawn and Jesse were able to eliminate my remaining balance and got in my into the vehicle I wanted. Shawn was very honest and didn't haggle me, he did his best to accommodate my best interests as his customer but also so I wouldn't be in a bad situation down the road. Thank you Shawn and Jesse so much! I love my Mazda and I'll definitely be telling folks to check your dealership out! Nothing but good reviews from me! Great Job Mazda of West Ridge!

I had a great experience at this Mazda dealership. I went in with my Mazda6 2018 with a complaint of chugging noise from my exhaust. They immediately identified the issue and fixed it. Unlike other Mazda dealerships that I have been to, these guys are not trying to put a hole in your pocket and would only recommend services that your car actually needs. An absolutely amazing experience, I recently moved to Rochester and will be going here again for any of my Mazda needs.

The outstanding reviews on Google brought me to Mazda at West Ridge instead of the stores closer to me. It was my first car purchase so I wanted a dealership that’s more reputed. Mazda at West Ridge certainly lives up to my expectations. My salesman Ed is very friendly and frank. He answered all the questions I had with great details and clarity. The whole price break down was transparent and the deal I got was nice. Ed was also very responsible throughout the car delivery. He once again explained the nitty gritty of operating the car to me. Toby the substitute manager was also very helpful during document signing. He answered all my questions in a clear fashion, making the process easy. I highly recommend this store to people who are considering a Mazda!
