My fiance and I were planning on getting married in May 2020, until COVID hit. During all the crazy uncertainty The Springs were very accommodating and helpful. They let us move our wedding to September, no extra costs, and even allowed us a free hour to elope on our dream wedding day in May. So technically I guess you can say I got married at the Springs twice! Lovely people, great service, and helpful along every step of the way. They do NOT nickel and dime you like so many other venues. Not to mention an extremely gorgeous venue with a beautiful garden and lake. Maybe in several more years we will renew our vows here for a third time!!

The Springs is a beautiful venue for indoor or outdoor weddings. The staff and online tools were SO helpful. I was pretty clueless when it comes to planning but their online tools really saved me. The staff were also quick to respond to calls/texts and emails! Our wedding was in December and we wanted an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. Not only did the springs staff set up our layout (tables/chairs etc) for us the morning of, but they gave me the chance to move/change our layout up to the day before in case the weather changed. This was a huge stress relief! On our wedding day, a staff member was at the venue from set up to our grand exit in case we needed help or had last minute questions. I really appreciated that.

Beautiful place, but we attended a wedding there and my daughter FELL in a giant manhole right next to the bar. The was several feet deep and was filled with rushing water to source all of their fountains. We contacted the manager SEVERAL times and their remedy was zip ties. An adult could fall in this hole. Beware. This was a traumatizing experience and I would suggest throughly checking out this hole before booking your wedding. Had it not been for a random, God-sent man that happened to see her fall and immediately retrieved her, our lives could have been horrifically shattered that night.

I toured The Springs Tulsa in July of 2019. It's a beautiful venue right on Skiatook Lake and Sierra (who is no longer with the company) was very friendly and helpful. I booked my date for June 2020, but unfortunately needed to postpone due to Covid-19. My fiance and I, as well as 70% of our guests, live out of state so there was no way it was going to happen in June in the midst of the pandemic. The Springs refused to reschedule our event for a reasonable date in 2021. We offered several options including moving our wedding to a Friday in Summer 2021 or paying an additional 50% for a Saturday in Summer 2021; however, the only 2021 weekend dates offered by The Springs were in the Winter months. They also refused to refund any of the money we had paid. It was an absolute nightmare trying to negotiate with them. We ended up being forced to seek legal advice to claim our reimbursement and thankfully we have now booked with a different venue in Tulsa. I have no doubts that I would have given this venue a positive review had everything gone to plan, however, greed got in the way of them doing the right thing and working with many couples during a global pandemic. As beautiful as The Springs is, I would advise anyone considering hosting your big day at any of their locations to consider what could happen should something unforeseen occur. They will certainly add stress to an already stressful situation.
