Before attending SpineLab and being treated (and still being treated) by Carl, I had been struggling with pain and pain management for years. Now having arrived at month two of my treatment plan, I have not only noticed a big decrease in the frequency and intensity of my experience with pain, but also felt a positive change in my mood and an increase in productivity/physical activity. The treatment has been two fold - one via the direct adjustments to my spine, while the second through listening to Carl's recommendations on making intentional changes in my daily habits. The results were surprisingly fast initially with some relapses during the first month of treatment, however the entire second month of treatment has been completely pain free. I look forward to maintaining these results, but for the time being, thank you Carl! - I am genuinely grateful for your skill and kindness.

What can I say apart from The Spine Lab is the most wonderful place to go to \fix\ you. Carl has worked wonders on my back and is a delight to go and see. He is totally professional and his knowledge and expertise is second to none. The staff are friendly and very welcoming and it makes for a great experience whilst getting the treatment needed. I also have a massage there every week that enhances my treatment and that is a great experience. If you are in any doubt where to go to for treatment this really is the only place to go.

Fabulous place. Carl and the team are such lovely and welcoming people, which is always a plus. On the chiropractic side of things, I came to the surgery with a history of bad posture and intermittent pain. Immediately, I felt results in the treatment I was receiving, plus, the sessions felt more rounded as I was given numerous tips on how to alter my lifestyle in little steps, to make big differences. My posture is getting better, the pain has subsided, and I'm living a cleaner and healthier life.
