The person on the door in reception needs some customer service training, when you pay to go private you don't expect rude mannered people to greet you. Please, Thank you and a Smile is all that's needed. Greeting was \ You need to wear one of our masks!! \ and lots of short tempered questions and demands, such as stand here and do that!! Maybe try... Hi, Good Morning, How are you? Please can you change your face covering for one of ours?

Exactly the same as Josh's review, people on reception/at the door need a lesson in good manners, didn't even say anything and got barked at. Went to ST josephs in Newport the week before and a totally different class. The NHS is especially stressed at the moment and they don't talk to you like that. Will not being putting my money their way again.
Booked my appointment directly with Breast Clinic. Immediately upon arrival all covid controls in place. Thank you to everyone there who made a worrying experience straightforward and as relaxed as it could be. From mammographer/Doctors/Nurses. Worth every penny for my treatment and kindness shown in a very busy department. Thank You
Rubbish aftercare from the consultant. On the day our son was discharged, it was obvious the bed was needed and he had outstayed his welcome despite vomiting that same morning. We live hours away from this hospital. Deeply disappointing. Don’t even try to fob me off with a ‘please call this number to discuss etc etc’..... I’m busy with my sick child, weeks after his operation. Too little, too late. Edit- ‘high standards in place’.. clearly you don’t.
