I purchased a live plant from the Lanila's Flowers in October for the funeral of a friend of the family. The person that handled my order was outstanding!! I was calling from out of town to make the arrangements and she was very patient and kind in going over all of the options which was very helpful in making a decision. The selected the most beautiful live plant based on our discussions and had it delivered. It was the most gorgeous plant received by the family. Courteous, patient, professional and caring are the words I would use to describe the service provided by Lanila's without the expectation of anything other than doing a great job.
