This is a three part company including insurance, Uhaul services and storage facilities. I recently moved my belongings out of a storage unit here. I attempted to get my deposit beck and was notified I would not be receiving it since I did not give them 30 days notice. This is in the contract so I won’t argue that point however, I believe it to be excessive to request this amount of notice. I have used many storage facilities over the years and one Uhaul facility previously and have never been denied a returned deposit. I will not use Harper-Boozman again and will not recommend it to others.
