A great fitness center. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The heart of the place is really wanting people to be at their best health. Jeff and Julie have provided such a wonderfully accepting place for anyone to come and feel comfortable and encouraged. There are plenty of machines, free weights, and challenging classes to meet, enhance or help with your fitness goals. Personal trainers are also available. Spoga offers childcare and summer camps filled with fun active activities. After your workout, try one of the healthy options from The Power Bar, the attached cafe. You can't go wrong with any of their smoothies or snacks...or try the veggie sandwich with a side of homemade humus (one of my favorites)!

Best gym in the area! Friendly staff, clean and positive environment. Members are nice and don't judge your fitness level. If you are looking to join a gym that will inspire you, this is a place for you!
