Absolute disgusting customer service. No one will answer the phone and no one will give you the time of day when you arrive. Some serious retraining of the employees is long overdue.

Went in as a first time donor and waited over an hour in their lobby and two people who arrived after I did got called back ahead of me. Went up to see if there was a problem and it turns out they hadn't put my name on the list. Told me to come back the next day and they'd make sure I was helped first thing. Went back the next day and even though they'd initialed that I'd done the first steps they made me start from the beginning again. No one was at the front desk either day when I first arrived. Very poor customer service. On the website it says they value timely donations and treating their donors well but I did not have that experience.
I have been going for almost a year now and I went to the valley one and was miss treated and discriminated. Was told that cuz I live in a camper with just a generator for power but no water that I was homeless but tried telling them that where I live at I pay rent to park it there and that my P.O. Box for a mailing address wasn’t good enough so they told me I couldn’t come back till I fixed that and that they don’t let homeless people donate. I felt really discussed of that and how they treated me and my husband.
I accidentally said blood instead of plasma and one of the guys there decided he’d snap on me for it and talked to me like a child. Lmao god forbid I say the wrong word. Anyways never coming here again very rude.
If you are a donor, you might feel like you are at the DMV in the movie Zootopia. Very poor donor hospitality. Often no one at the front desk, and service is slow/ you might be altogether forgotten on a list somewhere. Overall sub par for a donation center, but that's not saying much.
