When we were having our first there was this guy that worked there who was AWFUL. Hes gone and now they have this wonderful lady who is kind and compassionate. The low rating for these folks is outdated. They deserve another chance!!!

If I could give a 0 I would! Called for 2 weeks straight leaving messages on every voice mail billing, scheduling, and triage nurse. I left at least 15 voice mails. No one answers the phone or not one return phone call. I can’t believe this place is in business!!! I was a current patient and they could care less! Don’t go here it is a waste of time. Worst place ever.

I wish i could give this 0 stars but that's not possible. We arrived 15 minutes early as asked and were waiting for an hour and 15 minutes only to be told the doctor didn't forget us she was just with another patient still and needed to turn the room over after that. I made this appointment over a month ago and it was my gender appointment. My fiance got 3 hours of sleep and still had to work that day, we decided to leave and get a referral somewhere else. We went here our whole first pregnancy and never had problems. Now there is a new doctor and new system and suddenly no one knows what they are doing and the scheduling staff have to deal with everyone's anger and that's not fair. On top of all that we can hear the doctor and nurses in the back laughing and talking about their weekend plans. I've never dealt with such disrespect at ANY doctor's office, you guys have absolutely no respect for other people's time or lives.

Every appointment they leave you sitting in a room for excessive amounts of times. I have had 3 appointments each by the end I assumed the doctor forgot me in a back room. I understand I scheduled an appointment but this is not at all respectful of my time I don't have 3 hours with my toddler at a sitter so I can sit here doing nothing, again. Also I noticed some things on my ultrasound and not until I mentioned it did the doctor seem to spot it. Definetly could use some improvements!!!
