The bus drivers , service people, cleaning crew do amazing jobs with these buses. Compared to other buses in different cities (which I’ve seen traveling as much as I do) you can tell they take care of their buses. Great job
Something needs to be done about the homeless people taking over the restrooms. Last Monday I needed to use the men's restroom and no stalls available I tried upstairs and they are closed then later the same problem so I went to Security and they took care of the problem and it is sad one of the stall door is missing and the one I used can't shut it's sad how the plaza has gone down hill since I moved in End of may and other people need to use the restrooms and they are trashed because of homeless people when will this end plus they like to wash their clothes as well I'm glad they are taking care of the problem hopefully everything will be to normal.
This is a joke, twenty minutes from five mile p and r to crestline. Cmon u already want two or three dollars a person and can't even get through any route without being late. Seriously get it together or I'm sure someone will
For a small city the transportation is amazing. The drivers are friendly and informative. Buses are clean, easy to make transfers. My one gripe is the Sunday schedule, the buses hardly run and it makes the.weekend kinda a doosey. Other than Sunday i love the bus!
