My daughters and I love the Sports Academy! We've attended several birthday parties there, and everyone always has an amazing time! All the staff are kind, professional, and above all, trained on all the equipment to make sure the kids are safe.

My 5 and 7 year old boys went to the open gym. There was no supervision. Much older kids pushed them down and bullied them. We paid 11 (22 total) for the kids to get pizza and a drink. They ran out of pizza and the kids went hungry. The drink we paid for was a Dixie cup half filled with water. There were also no bathrooms. I feel this place is unsafe and should not be allowed to operate as it is.

Had a birthday party here a few weeks ago for our daughter. Let me say that my son had his party here last year and we liked it. This year it was not a good experience at all. The workers were not organized at all, basically it was free play for most of the party. They realized 20 minutes in they didn't have plates so one of the workers went go get them. I wish that was it. W e were supposed to have pizza so around 15 minutes after it was supposed to arrive they called and the order was never made. So we did cake 1st then around 10 minutes before the party ended the pizza arrived. Mid party the girls plugged in her phone and played a song that her and the other girl did a choreogragraphed routine to while the kids just ran around. We tried to make the best of this and go with the flow. I left my contact number for the owner to call to discuss these issues as we only paid a deposit. It's been 2 weeks no call from her but she did charge our credit card without authorization the remaining balance.

Love this place! I’ve always been completely satisfied with the facility and staff. Open gym times are the best and a great alternative to regular childcare. Private lessons with the owner for tumbling have proved to be most effective, especially before cheerleading tryouts. Highly recommend for anyone in Victor and surrounding areas!

The new equipment is terrific! There is something for everyone. My daughter and grandchildren have really enjoyed all they have to offer. Especially the new climbing wall and tumbling mat.
