My kids are going from 3rd to 4th and we ordered for my kids uniform but they are very bad in response and they get the money and do not give the right size dresses for kids.i tried to exchange the dress twice but they gave me wrong size repeatedly. I don't know why then have taken measurements. Last 2 months my kids going with last year dress . Very very bad place, I don't know why GCIS school recommding this place. Still our problem not solved.

The employees of Sports365 can be defined with one word 'inexperienced'. They do have to learn a lot about documents required for interstate goods movement.Else, Sports365 is a genuine store which offers goods at much lower price. I shall advice them to get better in every aspect. Because, because of their mistake my purchase took almost one month to reach me ( dispatched on 11/5/17 & received on 7/6/17). The shipment was On Hold For Regularly Paperwork for 15 days. I am very satisfied with their post delivery service. For consumers from ASSAM : For inbound goods ,as of May 2017, both the Original & Duplicate foils of Road Permit (form61 for self use, else form62) in original are required to accompany the shipment along with Invoice.YOU NEED TO PROVIDE A SELLER WITH Oriental and Duplicate PART OF ROAD PERMIT.

Order at your own peril. Staff is totally unprofessional. I ordered aKingsXI Punjab women’s jacket during clearance sale. Item delivered was dirty/used. Called helpline, I was informed to send pictures. After receiving pictures, sports365 informed me they will be sending replacement but item sent was Different( Indian aces sweatshirt). I contacted sports365 again and was informed as the ordered item was out of stock they replaced it with another item(without my consent). When I complained about same they refused to return item and refund money claiming clearance items can’t be replaced and refund issued. Please be aware before ordering from Sports365. I raised a complaint on Govt, of India Consumer helpline against Sports 365. They arranged a return and refund. After issuing refund a lady from sports365 called and inquired why I raised complaint at Govt. of India consumer helpline against them. I was surprised at their audacity. Please take this into consideration as well.

Worst experience! Called the helpline number for an enquiry. Few days back back a male person answers telling to bring the kid on may first week for uniform trail. Today when called a "LADY" lifted the call and spoke very rude (literally shouted at me) and asked to check with school. I never had such an experience with customer service before.

Useless Service. Placed order three weeks back order not received yet. No updates also. Fradulent team. They never pick calls not answer the emails as well. Ordered birthday gift 3 weeks back and its the day is going to come. Still not received the product. This is a cheat company with poor customer service. Please dont buy from here and waste your money. All those who have given 5 stars are their own company post I guess. read the post with one star and then decide to buy from here.
