My husband and I love Fishtrap Resort!! He went there many many years before we ever got married. And we shall always go there from now on. Mike is always helpful and the people are very nice. Absolutely gorgeous area and fishing was amazing! The docks are excellent for fishing too...Thank you for the most amazing weekend ever!!

Very fun to take kids out on water, via renting one of there nice jon boats for the day. Bring sunscreen and bug spray. No showers here but yes on bathrooms. Night crawler hunting is good after a rain with flashlight. Very nice owners

The people that own the place are completely nasty and rude , we’ll never camp there and I’m going out of my way to let others know the truth about this place and the people that work there, don’t waist your time or money there.

Driving from Seattle to Spokane I was told when I was nearing Sprague that my plans fell through regarding where I’d be staying tonight. Considering that it’s almost midnight and I have practically driven across state already I was scrambling to say the least. After a series of disappointing phone calls To various local campgrounds and inexpensive hotels I found Fishtrap lake resort And called them up. Much to my surprise, a gentleman answered the phone , After little to me anxiously explaining my predicament he told me to come down and pitch my tent on the lawn. To fop it off, since I’m driving he told me to just pay the 25 in the morning which I found to be refreshing. I still haven’t actually gotten to the campground so I’ll hopefully remember to update this review in the morning.
