I went to shop in H&M in Shoppi Tivoli. There were alot of choices. Good brand and great quality for the price. That's why i decided to buy the clothes there. I bought alot of clothes for my son and daughter for about 580 CHF. As i was done and ready to pay, so i went to the cashier and there was this nice girl which helped me save 10% on the H&M schweiz app on my first order. She helped me fill up the questions i needed to answer. I normally get stressed out when someone is waiting right behind me, but then she put my stuffs on hold while i took my time on the app and continue serving others. I appreciated that alot and these days the staffs are mostly unfriendly. I forgot to take her name but she was great that's why im rating this place 5 stars. Great experience

ich habe der “alte” h&m viel besser und schöner gefunden. seit der umgebaut worden ist finde ich die “abteilung” wo vorher ganz hinten war für jugendliche nicht mehr, schade. aber sonst ist es ok.

Der Umbau ist ja schön geworden. Leider wurde jedoch das Herren Sortiment extrem reduziert. Das ist sehr, sehr schade. Dadurch wieder einen Kunden ins Online-Shopping getrieben, jedoch nicht unbedingt bei H&M.

Wir haben Mitte April bestellt und die Ware wurde noch nicht mal versendet! Haben auch schon angerufen. Versprochen wird eine Lieferung innert 10-12 Tagen. Da wäre ich schneller gewesen, hätte ich den Lockdown einfach abgewartet. Morgen öffnen die Läden wieder....
