Last Saturday me and my wife went to shopping Tivoli to buy some things because she loves everything in this stores, I'm extremely disappointed with the experience this time. The quality shouldn't be just in the products but in the employees too, we will continuing buying from the store but not from Shop Tivoli. The cashier from the store was so rude with my wife, nobody was behind us to pay and she rushed us, she didn't found the register of my wife in the system or didn't try to find (My wife buys in others Maisons du Monde often) and even my wife speaking Swiss German she asked if she wants to pay in Euro because my wife doesn't look Swiss. The prices from the store are really good considering the quality and that is in Switzerland is a shame that they have employees like this.
I love it
It's smaller than the one from Dietlikon and I'm sorry for giving it 4 stars but we really wanted to see live how the concrete round table displayed on one of the shops but it's nowhere to be seen.
Poorest experience ever. Bought an expensive, retro-style cosmetic table. Poor qualtiy was parts missing and threads not cut. Was asking for support, they never called back. Still, table remains now for \u003e6 month without beeing mounted, sick of calling them. DONT CONSIDER THIS CHAIN in case you expect basic customer experience.
