Moved to this park about 5 months ago after an exhaustive search for an RV park to move my 40’ destination RV to. The park I was in kept putting more and more RVs in and did not maintain anything. I love this park! It’s clean and well kept unlike many I looked at. The roads are well maintained and there is plenty of room for the RV’s. It doesn’t look like row after row of RVs packed in looking like a bunch of sardine cans! It is very well designed to give each person space and privacy! It’s a quiet park with a lot of beautiful views! I sit outside and watch the sun come up most mornings and in the evening I watch the deer come into the huge field behind me to graze! There is a lot of shade where my RV and most RVs are parked! Which makes it very nice in the Texas heat! There is a dog park here which is unheard of in most parks and a nice garden area that you can use! There is a laundry facility that is well kept and is available 7 days a week! The management here have very specific rules which keep the park nice. They are environmentally friendly and protect the wildlife here. I love that! The manager of the park Heidi is very responsive and try’s to keep everyone happy! She is very friendly and accommodating! Always available 7 days a week! The maintenance staff are great too! Very happy here! I personally think it is the nicest one in this entire area.

Great place. The RV Park is nestled in the natural enviorment of the Texas Hill Country. We appreciate the fact that there are no "short stays." As a result, the neighbors are familiar. This is important--especially for 2020 :) In the same way, Hidden Hill is both clean and quiet. The management ensures these traits remain.

I have lived here for 2 years and I love it here. It is quiet and the the mgmtis very good about the security here. Laundry room is kept clean and maintained always. You are able to have as many plants and lawn decorations as you want. Plan to stay here as long as possible. They also have a community garden and dog park, plenty of room to walk. The mng

This is not your average RV Park! This RV park caters mostly to long-term residents. These sites are well laid out, and there are various types available. I pay a little bit extra for more space. My closest neighbor is over 20 feet away. All sites are shaded and feature lots of trees. There is a large, grassy area to walk your dogs. Overflow parking is abundant and close by. I am a very happy resident. I love it because it's off the beaten path, it's very quiet, there are no children, the other residents are very friendly, and it is very well managed. I am astounded by the negative reviews. They are petty and highly inaccurate. The RV park is exactly as described on the website. The rules are clearly posted. MGMT does an excellent job of making sure we have a heads up when there is any weather, water, or general issue. However, you can't blame the RV Park for Canyon Lake Water failures. As for the internet, there are over four different networks to connect to. I know a couple of the residents even telecommute for work. I have never had electrical issues. If others have, I would suggest they don't have the proper RV equipment. There is an office, however, I've never needed to visit it because the MGMT has always been available by phone. I would highly recommend this place if someone is looking for a long-term rental. I've been here for 1 1/2 years and have no complaints.

This is an all adult RV park for long term full timers. Bring your own cable/satillite and weed eater for just your space. There is a nice garden area and dog park. Pretty natural surrounding. Reasonable rates. Not as quiet as it used to be with the growth in the area and the all day construction noise from the new spaces they are adding to the park. But more people can live here soon.

Do NOT stay here! The management needs to change. Over the time I stayed here I was constantly harrassed and micro managed. I constantly felt unsecure in the sense that the park would kick me out for a tenant that would stay there for a longer period of time than myself. That put me in a very difficult situation being that it is very difficult to find a camper spot in hill country due to it being a very outdoorsy area. I wish I would have just found another place to have stayed than be treated how that place did myself, my wife and 2 other co workers. You'll regret staying here.
