I recently confirmed my Scottish heritage and was very proud to begin researching for a kilt and some other items to attend the Scottish games this summer! I tend to over-research things and pretty much all my online searching seemed to lead me back to USA Kilts....both quality and price. Then, I barraged the USA Kilts Customer Reps (Lucas and Derek) asking all kinds of questions, advice and opinions. They were EXTREMELY patient and helpful every time I called or emailed. Ultimately, I settled on a kilt and some accessories. Not only did they retroactively offer me a military discount, but they also reached back out because a measurement on my custom kilt did not seem normal. After re-measuring, they were correct and saved me from a very expensive mistake. Who cares this much about their customers these days!?!? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks! The product is fabulous and was everything I hoped it to be. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole procedure and answered every question asked with a thorough response. If you are looking for quality kilts and customer service to blow your kilt hose away, this is the company I will always recommend. The only reason criticism I have is the fact that the shipping was slower than expected. However, considering that I live in Australia and this was occurring during Covid 19, most shipped products arrive later than usual. Other than this, the experience was superb.

I am blown away. I ordered a custom tartan kilt before covid hit. 3 weeks before the earliest the kilt could have arrived one of the owners contacted me. He was giving me an update on the weaving companies in Scotland and how they were on shut down. He gave me updates multiple times and worked hard to keep me in the loop. He even helped me find a weaving company that suited what I was looking for other than the one that helped design it. Long story short the kilt arrived and the quality of the fabric and the stitching is perfect. I can not recommend these guys enough.

USA Kilts have beautiful products. I ordered two items and one was not available at the time and they personally called me to see if I wanted to wait for the second one or just have them go ahead and send what they had! I opted to wait for both and they came very quickly! I was impressed with the Trinity necklace and look forward to wearing it! The clan pin was very nice also!

Rocky is great at making sure you get what you're looking for. The website, Facebook page, and YouTube have a great wealth of information to educate on all things kilt. The pricing for products is about comparable to other sources of similar quality. If you are paying less, you are getting less quality, less customer service, or both. I only wish the shop were closer to me, but in the end Pennsylvania isn't really that far.

Absolutely love my new kilt. I went for the pub package since I'm starting with nothing. The casual kilt is well made and the package was easy to customize. I'd definitely consider this company again for a another kilt!
