Has your basics for a small town store. Missing the selection of larger stores. Not a fan of their produce. I've never bought celery here that wasn't sour or soft. However their meat sale is great. And they are the only place that carries my favorite candy. Ju ju bees

Overall it's not too bad here. They are losing two stars for the frequent visits where I've gotten home only to realize there are expired items. They also have now passed the cost of bags on to the customer with an additional 10 cent cost per bag and are calling it reusable. The bags are just more expensive plastic with a nice kennies logo on it. If I had to bet they are a penny a bag and the mark up is 10x.

They treat their employees terribly and unfairly. I have had some friends and family who worked here and all I've heard is bad things. Alot of stuff is way more expensive than a typical grocery store. The only convenience is that it's the only grocery store in Spring Grove, but I always go to Hanover if I need groceries. I don't recommend shopping here.

Britney in deli is wonderful, always polite n in top of things. Cashier, Janet is great n very friendly! Kendra at customer service is very helpful as well! The store has great, dedicated staff that tries their hardest to make the customer feel good and taken care of! I love my local market, n when I have a problem, Ralph always tackles it head on! Keep it up!

I was at Kennies in Spring Grove yesterday morning for about 1/2 hours. Within that time span I saw a minimum of 3 customers walking around the store without masks on. On the first occasion, I asked a cashier to notify management to have management asked the person to put on a mask. On the second occasion, I stopped at customer service to ask them what they were doing about customers without masks. And on the 3rd occasion, I looked at the cashier from my first complaint, threw up my hands and left the store. It was clear to me at that point that store personnel were unable or unwilling to protect my safety and look after my best interest. For a local store, personnel really does not seem to care about their community.
