Great place! Front office is knowledgeable and friendly, I only waited a few minutes before being taken back. All the nurses and the doctor are knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. I really felt well taken care of. I traveled over an hour for this place but I have no problem doing it again. Seriously, everything was perfect. I have endometriosis and they were great dealing with that too.

As most people are I’m sure, I was very nervous to see a new doctor whom I know nothing about. Especially when your putting your own life and your unborn child’s life In their hands. I was recommended to her by a doctor in the E.R who did a wonderful job taking care of me so I decided to give her a shot. I was surprised by how friendly the staff was, how clean the office was, and by how well they handled all situations. I am very glad I gave them a chance. And my doctor is amazing. She is kind, caring , and overall perfect. I would recommend any mom to check her out. You won’t regret it.
I have been going to Dr. Samir Shakfeh almost 10 yrs now. In My opinion, he's the best OB/GYN in Hernando County. He is very meticulous when it comes to his patients care & his bedside manner is unparalleled. I wouldn't want to go to any other OB/GYN & I would recommend him to anyone looking for one. I've Already recommended him to quite a few people. Thanks Dr. Shafeh, for being such a caring, patient & understanding person. See u next time.
The staff is warm and professional. The doctor is amazing. She took the time to get to know me and did not rush me at all. She showed a genuine interest in my concerns.
Dr. Mateer is the best gynecologist I have have ever seen. And because I had a lot of jobs and got on disability in 2014, I've had a lot of different insurance carriers. Again, I cannot say enough good things about her! Her staff is also very pleasant and very professional.
